For a large maintenance project at a waste-to-energy plant in Dordrecht, we are looking for several industrial cleaners. This is a so-called shutdown: the plant temporarily closes for major maintenance and extensive cleaning. Your work is important because afterwards, the plant needs to be able to operate safely and clean again.
And the best part? You will work 12-hour shifts. This means you can work many hours in a short period and earn good money.

What will you do?
During this industrial cleaning project, you will roll up your sleeves and get to work. The job is physically demanding, and you will be active throughout the day.
Your tasks will include:
- Sweeping and shoveling
- Industrial cleaning of the plant
- Removing dirt and waste
- Cleaning installations
- Following all safety rules and procedures on site
This is not a job for someone who is afraid of getting their hands dirty. You will work in an industrial environment, and the work can be physically demanding and dusty. Are you a real go-getter? Then this could be the job for you!
Working days and hours
You will work during this temporary project in August and September 2026. You must be available during these months and willing to work longer shifts.
You will work 12-hour shifts. The first 8 hours are paid at 100%. The first overtime hour is paid at 125%, and all additional overtime hours are paid at 150%.
The gross hourly wage is between € 16,91 and € 17,75.
This means:
Regular hourly wage: € 16,91 – € 17,75 gross per hour
First overtime hour (125%): € 21,14 – € 22,19 gross per hour
Additional overtime hours (150%): € 25.37 – € 26,63 gross per hour
Saturday and Sunday: 150% = € 25.37 – € 26,63 gross per hour
